Cooking Tips

  • For best results, drink 1-2 cups daily. Spearmint tea has been shown to help lower androgen levels and improve hormonal balance in women with PCOS.
  • Cinnamon helps regulate blood sugar, making this tea a great addition for those dealing with insulin resistance.
  • Avoid licorice root if you have high blood pressure, as it may raise blood pressure levels in some individuals.
  • Experiment with other PCOS-friendly herbs, such as chamomile (for relaxation) or turmeric (for inflammation reduction).
